לשכת המסחר פועלת בשיתוף פעולה עם גופים מסחריים רבים, ביניהם: שגרירות יפן בישראל, שגרירות ישראל ביפן, משרד החוץ, משרד התעשייה, המסחר והתעסוקה, מכון היצוא, ג'טרו ישראל, ארגון לשכת המסחר, ארגונים חברתיים, גופים מסחריים וכו'.

To provide vital up-to-date information to manufacturers, exporters and importers and people involved in commercial, economic and cultural activity in Japan.
To promote the study and understanding of Japanese culture in Israel, and hold various events on matters of Japanese culture.
To encourage and support government initiatives for the promotion and facilitation of mutual commerce.
